It’s our 30th Year

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the commencement of Cornerstone Christian College. It is a time for reflection and celebration and we will be doing that and more! We will commemorate the efforts that have brought our College to this point, providing opportunities for past staff and students to be included in our remembrance. It is also a time for our current community to be acknowledged for the hard work that goes into making this College the wonderful learning environment that it is. The staff and parents who volunteer faithfully across the College are certainly worthy of recognition. Keep an eye out for details of these celebrations as they come around. Throughout all of this, as we do every day, we recognise the goodness of God to us, bringing us to this point.

This year there is also a sense of beginnings. Cornerstone Dunsborough and our new House system in the Secondary school are two obvious examples. Often in the Bible a time of remembrance is on the eve of starting off into a new adventure. Jacob, Moses and Joshua all celebrated God working in their situations just before they were launched into something that stretched them even further. With this in mind, I am looking forward to partnering with all of our College families as we step expectantly into this year. Our aspirations for ourselves and for our students in this supportive environment will lead us into amazing outcomes, together.
